Q: How do I participate in the Hero Home Savings™ program?
A: Participation is easy. Please sign up for savings and our support team will reach out to you soon after to match you up with the services you need.
Q: Do I have to use all preferred service providers in order to receive my Hero Home Savings™?
A: Hero participation is always voluntary and free of charge. You can use one preferred service provider or many service providers; whatever suits your needs. Hero Home Savings™ are “stackable” and are tied to the services provided, so the more preferred providers you use the more savings you will be eligible to receive.
Q: How do I know if I am eligible for Hero Home Savings™?
A: Qualified Heroes include current and retired Military, Police, Firefighters, EMS, Teachers and Healthcare professionals. Please visit our Eligibility page for more details.
Q: How much will I save by working with Hero Home Savings™ preferred service providers?
A: Hero Home Savings™ rebates and discounts will vary depending on combination of home price, mortgage amount, policy amount, etc., and number of participating service providers.
